Over the last few years, as a nation, we have seen a massive rise in women’s sport. Not only in the number of matches and information, but also in the level of support. From Women’s England football winning the Euros and the Women’s Red Roses winning the Rugby World Cup, a lot of people are getting more interested in women’s sports.

Exploring this through my camera, I was able to photograph Bath Ladies Rugby where they have teams competing in Championship 1 (South) and NC1 South West (West). The growing support for the team has landed them the “Female Team of the Year title at the Guinness National Rugby Awards”.

Alongside that, taking portraits for Bath Spa Women’s Rugby. BSWRFC are currently in the BUCS league and in Women’s Western Conference Cup, Spa’s team are only growing in strength and confidence.
